We have all been on websites that are cumbersome to navigate, have a steep learning curve, or just leave us three steps into a shopping cart checkout process with no obvious next step to complete our order. The problem is, if a user gets frustrated, he or she is more likely to exit the site and may very well never come back.
At TCAW Global, we design our websites to be used. We ensure that the process is as intuitive as possible, and that user experience has been factored in throughout every stage of the design and development. We try very hard to keep the navigation simple and user-friendly. Although many clients wish to crowd their web pages will all kinds of content; we feel that an organized, easy-to-use sites is ideal. In the end, the user’s impression of the site is what counts.
